Terrible New Patient Service
I actually never got to have the visit. I called to schedule an appointment approximately 1 month out. Apparently the office sent paperwork via a link, which I did not complete prior to the visit. I didn't complete the paperwork becasue I didn't even know that I had been sent a link to paperwork. I received numerous reminders that my appointment was coming up and received login instruction. On the morning of the appointment, I logged in early and waited and waited and waited. After 15+ minutes past I called the office and was advised that the appointment could not be held because I hadn't completed the paperwork. Issue was that I never knew that I had paperwork because it went to my spam. When I asked why no one followed up with me I was told that they just assume that if you don't complete the paperwork that you just don't want the appointment. I asked then why did I receive a link for the appointment the receptionist was no help. VERY POOR SERVICE FOR A MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER!
