I saw Kelly between May of 2019 and July of 2020 prior and following two surgeries. In November of 2019 I had surgery to repair a torn labrum in my left shoulder and in January of 2020 a repair of my torn labrum in my left hip. Prior to both surgeries she was unable to reduce my pain and instability and post-surgery she was unable to improve my condition to the point of resolution. Personally I felt that she really cared about helping me, she put forward a ton of effort, and she was also very knowledgeable about the therapy. Ultimately I left her care with my condition completely unresolved after an extended period of non-improvement. I wouldn't want to keep anyone from seeing her, however this was my just my own personal experience.
