Extremely rude and unprofessional

I had my first visit with Tareen Dermatology about adult acne concerns and other skin issues that were new to me. I met with Kelsey Holmes (mind you this was my first Time ever going to a derm for skin concerns) and she started talking about an area of my face I didn’t even come in for. I started asking more questions about what she was recommending and she got so frustrated with me, she turned her back to me and directly to her assistant “nevermind I’ll just make the decision” (about the prescriptions) and rolled her eyes at me. I calmly apologized and reminded her that I’m new to this and just asking questions. She harshly said- “I don’t know your skin, I’ve just met you” and I reminded her my skin issues were new- that’s why I was there, so I don’t know what’s best either. I’ll give the practice another chance but will NEVER see her again.
