Checking all the boxes
I needed an MRI to diagnose a pinched nerve in my spine. Kelsie explained that I would need to try meds and then physical therapy before insurance would pay for an MRI. She called it "checking all the boxes" to make sure I would be covered. She set up the process to go as quickly as possible and then scheduled the MRI. She listens well and explains every step along the way - a big plus in these days of rushed medicine.
