He was so helpful! Took the time to explain everything and even made extra phone calls to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. He is very responsive and very professional. Would recommend over and over!

Dr. Ference was in a tremendous hurry, rushing through my eye exam in a sloppy, slipshod manner. When Eyecrafters (next door) finished cutting my lenses and I tried the new glasses on, I was unpleasantly surprised to find my vision almost as blurred as without glasses. A gentleman named Will at Eyecrafters ran my old prescription and determined that Dr. Ference had give me a new prescription that was far short of the strength I needed, in addition to missing the fact that I have considerable astigmatism in my left eye. The following day, I had a second eye exam with an optometrist I had seen in the past and obtained an accurate prescription. When I went back to ask Dr. Ference about reimbursing me for his inadequate eye exam, he refused. Bottom line: In my case, Dr. Ference has proven to be a hurried, incompetent practitioner, and if you trust him to provide an optimal prescription for your lenses, you are NOT likely to end up with the clarity of vision you would achieve with a compe

The waiting period was reasonable. The personnel is very nice and professional as well as Dr. Ference. I was there with my adolescent kids and they felt very comfortable and came out pleased.
