Kenneth Frey, PT

Kenneth Frey helped my daughter with her persistent concussion symptoms. She went in tense, distracted, and angry, and came out relaxed, focused, and happy, and then went home and finished her homework for the week. Blew my mind. Would've saved us some heartache had we found him earlier. She went for a few more sessions (the results can fade), and then an occasional "tune up" over the years. I can't stress enough the profound difference his exceptional skills and knowledge have made in our lives, and how thankful we are to have found him.

Incredible. He figured out I had an active chronic infection that led me to get tested for Lyme Disease. Turns out Lyme was the culprit all along and now I am in treatment and on my way to a full recovery. Ken is incredibly tuned in and has done what no other physical therapist has been able to do and I have seen many throughout the NYC area. I would recommend him to anyone and would absolutely recommend anyone who has worked alongside him in and out of his office in Columbus Circle.

I have no experience with Kenneth Frey, but I can tell you his receptionist who answers the phones should be fired immediately. Absolutely rude. Inconsiderate. Nasty person. It is supposed to be a healing place. Not with this person. I called her a few choice unprintable names which I absolutely should not have done, but I was absolutely livid by her treatment; and told her if I could do anything in my power, I would get her fired!
