The front office girl is very unprofessional and harmful with a smile. I don't know if Dr. Kirkland knows this is going on, but surely this person will hurt his business. I was told i have 30 days trial period to make sure the new glasses perform. The office person practicing medicine with being licensed. She refused to give my 3 messages to the Dr. and she refuse to let the Dr. know I was there in the office. She told me that i will not have the 30 day trail because she has made the determinat
