I had the most thorough annual dermatology exam I have ever had at U.S. Dermatology on Grand with Dr Spencer. It was the absolute best experience I’ve had with any dermatologist. Dr. Spencer is sweet, professional and very easy to talk to. We are very lucky to have him serving our community! Highly recommend!!!

Kenneth was amazing. He listened to me and understood what I was trying to do. His stuff was so nice and sweet.

He was very kind and caring and very thorough with his exam. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Spencer was great. Always is. But his nurse was the worst I have ever come across. She was rude to me, short in tone, you could tell she did not want to be there. Was the worst I have ever been treated. Outside of room I could hear her talking horrible about someone. Then when i learned she was a supervisor or as i was told a team lead, i could not believe it. Dr Spencer does not need someone like this on his staff. I am debating if I am going to return. I got the office managers name but have not called her yet.

Checked all my issues and explained each one and what procedures needed to be done. Afterwards he said when I should know the results of a biopsy and the path forward on it. Excellent visit!

I feel so comfortable with him and the office. He spent time with me and I can ask questions. The last place I went I felt rushed and like I was not important. Kenneth Spencer and his office staff they make you feel important. That’s what a medical office needs. There is too many dermatologist that you can go to, but what keeps you here is they make you feel like family. Now my husband will be going here.

Kenneth checked the skin surface of my head arms and upper torso. Treating those areas of possible pre-cancerous growths.

Ken gives excellent care and service. is on time, focused on the patient in a friendly manner. I highly recommend his care.
