If you follow the script then she will read the party line fairly well, but outside the box she has tendencies to become Nurse Rachet

Kera Monts RN was very easy to talk with. She put me at ease. Her explanations and answers to my questions were clearly stated. I feel very well cared for.

They were VERY helpful getting the [...] for my blood testing.

Good visit. NP was especially helpful and thorough.

I had never seen this NP before. Although she was able to help me, she talked way to fast and was very generic about my illness. I did not feel the level of comfort I am used to with my now retired NP. This provider seemed very young and new yet she acted like she had been doing it for a lifetime. I'm so sorry but I just didn't appreciate her as a 10

Kera Monts was very unprofessional as she referred negatively about My previous health care provider

This provider saw me as my own provider was not available until mid September. This was a si k vi a it and thought it could not wait. I was very pleased with the care provided by this provider seeing that she had never seen ne before. I am a retired [...] and was Impressed by her concern and understanding. I would be happy to have her see and care for me or anyone In my family.

Was all good. Figured out what the problem was. *Kara got me a script. Doing better now.

Rude. Condescending. Didn't know when she entered but barged in. I was there for anxiety and tearing up and she didn't even ask if I was ok or ask anything about my current state or why I was upset. She talked about her background at a jail and could have cared less about why I was there looking at her computer the entire time not facing me. Horrible bedside manner.

There was not enough time to get acquainted with a new provider during this visit; there were many problems to discuss and analyze, and not enough time to do this; technology interfere with human & eye contact; the office cancel the appointment a week before, and I was not informed until I got to the receptionist that morning; the reception and nursing staff was helpful to get lab work done before the health maintenance visit. I would advise extra time when having a change of primary provider and health maintenance decent making certain that the provider has reviewed the chart before the visit.

I have been dealing with a concerning issue for the last three weeks and was going to a follow up[...] Kera is not my PCP, but I saw her for this appointment. She spent most of the appointment looking at her computer and making limited eye contact with me. She showed my zero empathy or concern for what I was dealing with. She made excuses for why the office never got back to me about test results after reaching out to them two different ways. She never once asked how I was feeling or showed any concern for helping me going forward. It was obvious that this was an appointment she didn't want to deal with. I was already having issues with this practice about their lack of communication, and this was an eye opening appointment for me. I will say I am not one to complain, but this has been the worst medical experience I have ever had and I really hope others haven't felt as awful as I have dealing with this office. I will be leaving this office.

I have just decided to leave this practice after multiple bad experiences. My last visit was with new provider who spent most of my visit typing on her computer instead of looking at me during the visit . I felt it was difficult to discuss things with her . [...] . Not what I am looking for my health care .
