I went to see Kerri for my diabetes. She helped explain my lab work and my medications in a way that I could understand. She spent time with me, answered all my questions and I would recommend this office to anyone needing family care.

Kerri Farmer is a wonderful provider, someone who will sit and listen to your concerns and problems, and help you. I recommend her for anyone who is looking for a medical provider. Its hard to find someone like her these days.

I left the office very satisfied. Kerri took her time with me and didn't make me feel rushed like other doctors. The staff is very kind and courteous, and they really make you feel welcomed. Kerri was very kind and I will be a lifelong patient with Kerri.

Kerri is a very good Nurse Practitioner, she is very thorough. Kerri has an excellent bedside manner and truly cares about her patients. She went above and beyond for me and my family. She contacted me after hours to make sure my children and I were okay. She takes her time with her patients, and I never leave the office unsatisfied. She is an excellent fit with the office and I have never been happier with the staff Southward Family Medicine now has.

The worst care I ever received. Kerri Farmer is a terrible choice for Southward Family Medicine. If Dr. Southward really knew how Kerri treated her patients I don't think she would still be employed there. If she does know then she needs to go strictly to Hospice care and shutdown her office. The previous nurse practitioner was much better. Kerri has terrible bedside manner, treats patients as if they are stupid, won't listen to concerns and is in a mad rush to get out of the room.
