Had a problem with her not contacting me regarding tests she ordered and prescribing meds to me without getting blood work first. Leave messages for her and she (or her staff) do not call back. Another thing to watch for - they violate the HIPPA law. Talk about your meds and diagnosis right where they weigh you, which is right next to an open door where other patients are waiting for service. Very unprofessional and uncaring.

This woman took years off my life. When I first saw her she completely dismissed and misdiagnosed me until my symptoms become appallingly severe. After two years referred me to a specialist, and was once again completely wrong and landed me with thousands of dollars in testing, but at least this new dr ran a really standard test and found I had an autoimmune disease that should have been picked up immediately. Gross malpractice from Kerri

Kerri Jones is an excellent Dr. I’ve been going to her for a few years and she has been the most knowledgeable Dr. I have ever had. She takes her time with her patients, is always easy to get an appointment with and has a caring personality. While going through a year of various breast cancer treatments, Dr. Kerri was instrumental in treating many of my side affects, even when the Cancer Center did not. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I am so grateful I found her!!!!

Kerri Jones has been fantastic! I was leery at first about seeing an NP rather than a DR however she has given me far more useful information than any doctor I've been to. She asks good questions and spends time with me each visit to ensure my own questions are answered. She has made suggestion that have significantly improved my overall health. And she doesn't always suggest medication right away; she believes in dietary changes and other natural remedies in some situations

Extremely judgmental! Treats patients like their illness is all in their head. And if u happen to have a mental illness she's ready to pass judgement.

My husband and I have been with Ms. Jones for a couple years now and we are both very pleased with her. We like that she is straight forwarded with us and also taking the time to explain things to us the way we can understand. If you are in the area an looking for an doctor I would really recommend her for this area!!!!

Very thorough, kind, and compassionate. She takes the time to review test results and answer every question you have. She doesn't force medications or tests that aren't truly necessary, and will give detailed explanations on everything going on with you. My family has been seeing her for years and truly love having her as our "doctor."

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Jones to anyone. I would advise you to literally take your chances with death before coming to see her. In addition to passing judgement on her patient's personal lives (diet/exercise habits, number of sexual partners, etc.) she also gives diagnoses before the test results have even come back. She has actually told patients that they have potentially fatal heart issues or even HERPES before any tests have been done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Office staff curteous. Doctor was great. Listened to my concerns. She spent a lot of time making sure I understood. My husband and I both see her and think she is very thorough.

Do not go see her if you have a sensitive mental illness. She is very judgmental and unsympathetic, and you'll leave her office with no solutions and feeling worse than you did to begin with. Also, she strolled in the office several minutes late and proceeded to talk about a TV show with the desk staff, even though I was on time and had already been waiting for 15 minutes. It was about an hour after my appointment time when I was finally seen, and I had the first appointment of the day.
