Kerry Curtiss, ARNP

My visit took six plus months to get, was rescheduled by the office. Kerry insisted I needed sti testing in my long term monogamous relationship. She took specimens and never labeled them leading to a mix up of specimens and me needing retesting. I now have someone else's results on my chart. I was called with said results and relayed information that didn't pertain to me. The office refused to remove these even though I went and retested somewhere else the same week and they made a mistake. Kerry made a huge mistake with her history and physical, stating things that were not accurate or ever discussed. The office said she had a death in her family, I tried to give grace but I never received an apology from the office manager or any offer to fix this huge mistake. The stress this office has caused is insurmountable. Don't waste your time here. I'm also left with the same problem I went in with, and it was never addressed.

I had been having issues so I made an appointment and she knew right away but did biopsy to be sure. Has been treating me with great results!

I got a referral from my primary care doctor, due to my symptoms I needed to be seen quickly. I scheduled my appointment, ans before my appointment date I received a message that my appointment was cancelled and a request was made too reschedule . I rescheduled. A week before my new appointment date, I got another call indicating they needed to reschedule my appointment again. I rescheduled a third time. The third appointment was also suddenly rescheduled! i have never had such a difficult time scheduling an appointment.

I didn't like Kerry at all. She made me fell like she didnt even want to touch me . She just got paid just to look at me all crazy. And took my situation as a joke. When leaving she walked behind me . Stop and whispered something to another staff member. Then they laughed .When I stopped to invite her to walk ahead of me because I am handicapped. And a little slow at walking. She said no. She made me feel real uncomfortable. The whole visit. She wouldnt even take a urine sample. Which I thought was procedure. The assisit left it for me when I was ready. Kerry said It wouldnt be necessary. I got out of my bed in pain for this I thought. I dont reccommend her to anybody. They sure will try to schedule you with her. Even if you a have a case that requires a Doctor attention. If you feel somethings not right. You can report it to your insurance company for further investigation. I've learned with Aubudun. Your complaint doesnt always get thru. Due to staff. F.y.i

Not always a great experience for me. I feel that she is rude to me and has been on multiple occasions!

Dr. Curtiss was extremely kind and friendly to me and made me feel safe and comfortable about the issues I had been experiencing. She made sure I understood what was happening and even asked me if I was comfortable with the answers I was given just to be completely sure I was okay. I was a nervous wreck going into this appoint as I never seen Dr. Curtiss before but I can assure you she is excellent at her job!

I recently had an appointment with Doctor Curtiss due to scheduling issues with my regular OBGYN at the same office, Doctor Curtiss was very rude to me and belittled me when speaking. I left the appointment because of the poor treatment by her. I will NEVER be under her care again. The office is very unorganized and the staff doesn’t greet you. I’m looking to switch gynocologists.

My experience with Kerry Curtiss took me by surprise in how she spoke and treated me. I typically don't see her, but my regular physician wasn't available. In the time that I've been going to that office, I've never been treated poorly or felt in any way disrespected. Going to the OBGYN isn't the most enjoyable thing to do, but due to the necessity one would hope the visit is greeted by friendly and courteous practitioners, not rude and insulting. I will not return to this office again.

After swapping various offices, I'm beyond pleased with her. She is thorough and ensures I understand. She is very rational and helps me to think rational when discussing medical concerns. Highly recommended.
