IOV with PA Kerry was great. She's took her time, ask many questions and was very through as to what was on my registration form. I would definitely recommend seeing her. On the other hand, the staff there is problematic, seems they don't communicate well with each other or Dr. Kerry. Getting a reference for a specialist seemed to confuse them as to who should follow through on it. Received a few calls asking "what was it that I wanted? with what doctor?". I gave up and contacted the specialist directly and made the appointment myself. Just plan to be patience as PA Kerry is worth the time.
