I have 30 plus yrs with Providence Health care. Previous experiences underwhelming. Wife and I then were assigned to her. Urecka! She embodies a caring, positive and supportive approach with information, advice and unusual patience that focuses on the maintaining of good health of this 80 yr old male and his 79 yr old spouse. Should be promoted ahead of peers and offered leadership positions and training and education at the earliest and continuing opportunities. Without reservation or a limiting word, she is the perfect example of what your staff should strive to be.

Terrible, lacks skill to access patients, fails to listen to chief complaint patients have & follow thru! Don’t go to her if you have in-depth medical problem which causes additional pain treatment! Don’t request referrals to a specialist because she sees that as you not trusting her diagnosis. She told me my tinnitus was caused because I had vertigo a few years before! I requested an evaluation by an ENT doctor= his diagnosis was the tinnitus was directly made by my high-pitched hearing loss = so I’m so glad I ask for the referral.
