I wish I had known before visiting Congress Chiropractic that their high rating is artificially maintained by Demandforce, which filters out negative reviews and makes it difficult for real patients to share bad experiences. After my wife’s accident, we were referred here expecting professional care. Instead, Dr. Kevin Conner was dismissive, condescending, and ultimately refused to treat her. Rather than addressing her injury, he spent time lecturing us about scheduling and then cut the appointment short, threw a towel in frustration, and stormed out of the room. Our six-year-old and one-year-old were present and left frightened and crying because they didn’t understand why a doctor would act this way. Most people don’t take the time to fight through their review manipulation system, but I did—because no patient should be treated this way.
