Kevin Manabe Coriano

I was referred to Dr. Coriano for prehab for a total knee replacement. I appreciate his view that helping me learn exercises and habits I can practice at home is a long-term advantage over repeated trips to his office. The office visit is, however, unrushed and filled with careful analysis of the problem, understandable explanations as to the nature of the difficulty and definable goals for the therapy, as well as instruction and treatment. Well into my 80's, sleep-interrupting sciatic pain complicated the knee issue. Though that was not mentioned in my referral, Dr. Coriano gave me several exercises that have largely relieved that pain. He does not treat me as a "knee problem", but approaches a client/patient as a whole person. His manner is calm and caring. For someone my age, he seems very young. But I have absolute confidence in his knowledge, wisdom and commitment to truly helping his clients.
