I have had 3 appointments. . I really liked Mr Phillips. 2nd appointment I was called and appointment was cancelled one hour before I was supposed to be there. If I cancelled one hour before appointment I would of been charged. Finally when I went for 2nd time I was called back about 10 minutes late and then waited in coffee room about 5 minutes. When he returned we walked outside so he could clip his finger nails.Was supposed to have 3rd appointment on a Wed and that was cancelled on Monday
