Came to the office for help as one would when they don’t know what to do when something is going on. Staff was great & the girl who asked me questions and took my info was great. She spent more time then the NP did. I explained the issues I was having & she said she can’t help me & was basically calling me a liar. I came here for help? Then she needs medical records to do anything. Isn’t that your job to make a diagnosis, not use other doctors opinions. Who gave her a medical license??

This individual refused to refill my prescriptions. She came smiling condescendly with the bad news. I can't understand why you would neglect a patient for no real reason. Didn't you go to school to help and treat people. She was so rude to me and basically told me to leave. I can't imagine how this person can even exist, let alone be in health care.

I have an appointment with her tomorrow O am driving an hour to see her. My old primary doc retired so she is going to take over treatment. I can’t wait either.
