very poor patient examination technique/skills. attempted to auscultate lungs thru winter jacket. abdominal exam consisted of a few taps on belly while patient is lying on exam table with legs hanging down. table extension allowing for legs to be extended was not used, not only compromising the exam but showing no regard for patient comfort. any questions asked were referred to the physician, which invlolved subsequent phone calls and messages. we were told we needed to see the NP for this visit instead of the physician. the reason for this was unclear and just added to needless trips to the center with little accomplished. the time and effort that is takes for a patient who is struggling with minimal tasks to make an unnecessary visit to the clinic is not appreciated!
