We have been doing Telehealth appointments on a regular basis. Kim is always punctual and considerate. She has helped me deal with many issues that have troubled me. She is a competent and, highly professional.

Kim has helped me cope and navigate a very tumultuous year using DBT skills and providing a safe space to work through topics. She doesn't just listen, as I have found my former therapists do, but rather creates a conversation to encourage her patients to look deeply inward and find the root cause of distress. The answers are often already within us, and Kim is impeccable at naturally pulling them out. She has helped me fine tune my coping skills and gain confidence that I never thought I could attain. She is kind, intelligent, and will always encourage you to realize there is nothing so wrong with needing a little extra professional help. I am so lucky to work her her weekly and highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with BPD who feel their diagnosis is a permanent label. It is not, and Kim can assure that.
