I had a tele-health appointment with Kim. She asked appropriate questions and took time to listen. I have another tele-health appointment scheduled with her, so this is how I feel as of now. It appears I had a completely different experience than the one star. I am not doubting or passing an opinion on that patient's review since I do not know them or their medical needs. This was based on my experience only.

Kim is the worst healthcare professional I have seen in my entire 46 years on this planet. She was 45 minutes late to my appointment and after 10 minutes she actually opened the door and walked out in the middle of my asking a question. Even worse than not answering questions or caring if I understood the treatment plan is that since she did not let me speak her treatment plan would have lead to my death had I followed it. I am glad I stood up for myself got a second opinion!
