Direct and professional
I found her to be very relatable as she and I both enjoy softball/baseball. But honestly, I'm looking for a good physical therapist. Not a potential life long friend and she was is a good therapist. She was definitely busy as there were many patients to attend to but when I worked with her I got everything I needed from her.

Her personality could use an upgrade... Dr. Alcock is known to argue with patients when they don't understand her. She talks down to patients who don't understand her medical jargon and uses her level of education as an excuse to act this way.

She is well enough trained and produces good results. However, I simply do not care for her personality. Everyone else is friendly and nice.
