An Exceptional and Compassionate Doctor
I want to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care I received at Yuma Regional Hospital after my recent accident. I arrived in the ER with half of my ear severed. I was treated by Dr. Kimberly Allen, and I cannot say enough about the extraordinary care she provided. She not only stayed several hours past her shift to reattach my ear, but she did so with such patience and compassion. Her calm, gentle approach put me at ease during what could have been an incredibly traumatic experience. What truly sets her apart is the care she showed even after I left the ER. She personally followed up with me to check on my recovery. In all my experiences in the ER, I have never encountered a doctor as dedicated and compassionate as she is. Thanks to her incredible skill and attention to detail, my ear is healing well and I am beyond grateful for her efforts. She is truly a remarkable doctor. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for the incredible work she does.
