Simply THE BEST
Kimberly Bova is an excellent medical provider! She truly cares about her patients. She listens to what you say, she is very down to earth, she explains medical things in terms that I can understand. You can always tell she has your best interest at heart. She leaves no stones unturned to get to the bottom of a problem if you have a concern. I wouldn’t think twice about referring my family and friends to her. I trust her 100% with my medical care and you can too!

First and last visit
I’m 48 years old and a former nurse and judging by age/symptoms I wanted to discuss options for peri menopause. She referred to my chart and dismissed it as part of my bi-polar. She didn’t want to prescribe medication for acne and seemed I wanted it for cosmetic reasons. Well duh…..I left crying! You should never be dismissed because you have a diagnosis of bipolar on your chart. She didn’t order any labs just dismissed my concerns. I will not be returning!!!

First visit with her. Not impressed. I had blood work done, the labs were invalid because they sat too long before being processed. I get a call a few days later that the labs are fine! But because I looked on their portal I saw that the labs were not performed. So she never actually looked at the results! I also had a renewal for some meds, they didn't call that in either when I requested during that same visit, I had to call them in again. Dr Dawson was a lot better than this one.

I have been seeing Kimberly Bova for several years and she is great! She makes sure we are both on the same track and address any concerns I may have. Very cautious, knowledgeable and never forgets a face :).

Brought my husband to see Kimberly Bova when Dr. Dawson wasn't available. Very impressed! She was very knowledgeable and friendly and we were very happy with her.

This office is completely ridiculous! They don't call prescriptions in, your pharmacy will have to hound them. They give you INCORRECT prescriptions, the office manager Suzanne is nasty! Take your money else where!!
