I had the displeasure of watching Kimberly constantly humiliate and talk down to her very nice assistant, which was extremely uncomfortable. Kimberly had me do activities that exacerbated my pain. Kimberly asked me to schedule out my appointments for 8 weeks (which took a long time) and then canceled my treatment with no notification because she wanted another recommendation from my doctor, which I could have easily gotten had she told me that's what she wanted. Would not go back.
