Kimberly Deaton, LCSW

We had an appointment with Kim Deaton in November 2024 but my wife was very sick. I called the office and told them that we needed to cancel. I called back and asked them if we were going to be charged the missed appointment fee and I was told that they would email Kim and get back to me. They never did and it slipped my mind. I called back in January 2025 when I realized they had charged the fee to my credit card. I called and asked about it. The office manager called me back and said she can see where I had called in to cancel the appointment and was told that they would get back to me about the fee, but she cannot see where they ever got back to me. She told me that Kim refused to refund the fee back to us. I suppose they want you to come in, even if you’re sick. I won’t be back to Kim Deaton or Life Connections.

Kim is compassionate, and relatable. She has good suggestions and "assignments" and helps you get to the root of the problem without being condescending in any way. I highly recommend her to anyone.
