She was extremely kind and patient. Answered all of my questions without rushing and made sure I understood. During the last few years, I totally lost faith in the medical field I'm happy to say I am delighted that there are still a few compassionate and knowledgeable medical providers around. Dr Emanuele was prompt, professional and friendly. This was a f/u visit and I was having trouble changing the ear piece on my hearing aid. Dr. E. was very patient as she reviewed the process and answered my questions. I would give her 5 stars and recommend her to others.

She was very attentive and caring. She took the time to answer all my questions and try to solve any difficulty I was having. The office can improve on scheduling appointments. I had to wait over 20 minutes before I was seen.
