Never got passed the rude receptionist to schedule an appointment. Apparently you HAVE to come into the office to APPLY to be seen there and they won't fax the application even if you live 45 minutes away. She was rude and immature. Makes someone who's already having issues and doesn't want to be there feel supremely welcome (NOT).
