Great Nurse Practitioner! She is very thorough and listens to her patients!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Keser for more years than I can remember and she's been the best physician I've ever seen. Very professional, kind and caring and she has a pleasant, witty personality. I'm going to miss her immensely now that she's retiring. Thanks for the many years of care Dr. Keser and best wishes in retirement!

Routine and follow up visit on a condition that she observed several years before and keeps check on which makes me feel comfortable knowing she cares enough about my health to do so.

I have seen Ms Keser in the past as my Primary Healthcare Provider. I couldn’t afford the copay so I went elsewhere. I recently changed insurance companies and my copay is much lower. I don’t get stressed out when I have an appointment with her like I do when I have an appointment with some providers.

Ms. Kim is so awesome and her staff is exceptional! She is very thorough and she takes care of you by spending time in the room with you going over everything.

I moved my appointment up with Kim because I was told I had to see her to discuss chair script. I was made to wait for thirty minutes before going back and as usual Kim basically couldn't do anything after waiting ten more minutes to see her. Each visit she does not know what it's for. Most times I leave there I'm upset and still having health issues I can get no help for. Makes going to the doctor feel pointless. I feel like they don't care about my health enough to truly try to help my pain and other issues I've seen her for. She's a very nice lady but lacking in the area of giving me options to help my issues. Why go to the doctor when you're still in pain and still experiencing other painful conditions. I'm told pain clinic can't help with more than one pain issue.. I feel discriminated against as her and Tamara assume I ask for narcotics which I never have had or been prescribed before ever

Mrs. Keser is so nice to talk to. She and her nurses try their best to help with any problems.

Kim is very attentive to my brother’s needs and make you feel like she is listening to his problems and concerns and involved him in his plan of care. All the nursing staff is very courteous and does a great job

Mrs. Keser and her staff is absolutely the best. They go above and beyond their job. They fill more like family than a patient and doctor relationship. I absolutely love them all.

Friendly, but not a great visit. We went in for a vaccination. We left 2 hrs later, after a unexpected full checkup examination for my new teen, a bill for an x-ray (that was not relayed to me wasn't covered by insurance.), future appointments and a new care plan. My daughter had anxiety about the vaccinations she was getting already, and to spring a full examination on her and talk to her about personal things with an unestablished Dr was out of our comfort zone. The better choice would have been to reschedule a checkup for my daughter at a later time so she could be prepared for the questions asked and tests done as a teen. We will not be using this Dr. again. Yes, she was friendly, but she did not seem personal, welcomed, or comfortable.

I saw Kim Keser for a few years and I never had a problem with her. She is professional and polite. The Staff at that office are some of the rudest most hateful I have met with and if you don't understand something they talk to you as if you are an idiot. They are the reason I no longer go there. Retraining on how to deal with people without degrading them might be helpful for some.
