I was not sleeping and felt anxious for years. I was afraid to take medication but knew something had to change. I felt a brain fog, exhausted and was about to lose my job. Mrs. Milaney immediately set me at ease. She took time to get to know me and my problems. I felt that she understood. She answered my questions, explained how medication can help, what to expect and what side effects were possible. I trust her expertise around medication and I am so glad I did. I feel amazing after starting medication. I sleep at night. My anxiety is so much better. She also gave me ways to manage my anxiety unrelated to medication. I look forward to things again. I have hope. So happy I met Mrs. Milaney.

I have hope again. Kimberly makes me feel understood. I've been seeing her for the past year and I honestly feel better, like myself again. When we started talking about medications, she gave me options and provided information about them so I would know what to expect. She listens and when I have a question outside of our appointments she returns my call the same day. Making appointments or changes is easy. I like how quiet and private our sessions are. She respects me and my privacy which are so important to me. Kimberly is compassionate, empathetic and professiinal. Some of the things I had to say were not easy but she listened, without judgment. It is evident that she loves helping people like me get better.

Kimberly’s dropped me as a client because I told her I was uncomfortable with her husband being in the background of one of our tela-health conversations and uncomfortable with her texting me three or four times in the hour if I don’t respond. She texted me asking for something at 10 pm and then again twice at 8 am the following day. When I told her it was unprofessional and making me uncomfortable, she told me she figured I would react like this, and that she already dropped me as a client. I didn’t owe her money or even have an appointment set up so the urgency was very unprofessional and very clear what she was trying to push treatment so she could get a check. I’m more than happy to provide screenshots to anyone who’s thinking of starting sessions with her. I’m sure what you see will encourage you to find someone who actually is passionate about mental health

Dr. Milaney was interested in helping me. The best thing she did was to listen and then took time to answer questions. She seemed to understand. I liked how she explained her thought process and then educated me about the medication. She instilled trust. I am better now, able to enjoy my life. Appointments are easy to schedule and she answers the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Milaney to anyone suffering from depression or mental health problems.

I was worried about starting medication, my first time seeing a professional for my anxiety but Dr. Milaney was reassuring and took time to understand my problems. I was able to start medication right away and I'm feeling better. She listened, didn't judge me, seemed to really care about me as a person.

I was very pleased with my experience with doctor Milaney. I can be a hard critic but I was pleasantly surprised. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. She listens and treats me with compassion. I feel I can count on her.

Poor communication, Bad Listener, Would ask me questions and not let me finish my answers before asking more question. Repeatedly talked over me. I kinda felt bullied , If you want someone that is going to listen to what you are going through... She is not the one...

This was my first time getting help and I didn't know what to expect. Mrs. Milaney was easy to talk to, seemed to understand, and worked with me to find the right treatment. I recommended a friend of mine. Very respectful and caring. She really helps me.

I went to so many doctors and none of them took the time to understand, just pushed pills on me. She found the right med for me and with less medication. I feel like myself again! I will never see anyone else again.

She cared about me and my mom, listened and took more time than the appointment was scheduled. She knows her medication and works with my health problems and doctors to find the right one.
