Only Person Who Really Helped Me
My whole life I struggled with crippling depression. My self esteem was as low as it could get. When I got pregnant with my second child I knew I would need help. Dr. Moran was the first professional I ever felt safe enough with to tell my entire story to. I went almost 30 years of my life not realizing that I was so upset because I was holding onto unwarranted shame, and the shame of others. She gave me the right mindset and strength to finally be kind to myself. It’s been years since I’ve seen her but I know she’d be proud of where I am today, and it’s because of her. I will always be so thankful I had that time with her.
