She doesn't care, it's going to be done her way or you will be disregarded. I met this "Nurse Practitioner" and was embarrassed for her. I waited over an hour to talk to someone about procedures my Doctor sent me there for? I didn't need her opinion, I needed her to schedule the procedure. Don't ask me questions I already answered on the forms I submitted. Instead they collected my money, then I didn't get the Schedule I needed. Avoid anything this young lady is a part of, she's not a healthcare provider, she's there to collect a pay check and doesn't care about you at ALL.
