I saw Ms. Quinter because I couldn't get a appointment with my regular physician. I explained several times why I was there. This all seemed very confusing to her. She asked the same questions many times. She didn't have very much knowledgeable on my complaints and the reason I was seeing her. After 30 minutes of appointment time I left my appointment with a prescription that really didn't meet the needs for my appointment. It had a cost of $95.00. Which I didn't pay to the pharmacy.
