Kimberly tested me & updated my hearing aids & looked them over. Telling me my 8-year-old hearing aids are in good condition. She took the time to explain my hearing loss issues. She is very kind & caring. Looking forward to my next visit in 12 months. I have recommended Kimberly to others.

I have been hearing impaired since I was 18 Months old (1969); I never had hearing aids until I was in may early 40's (Now 49) 2006. Kimberly is patient; and very Intune with millenniums and older patients. Down to earth. Her receptionist/ Assistant offered tea, coffee coco when I arrived. Very Friendly. I NEVER give a 5 Star. But she and her assistant is very down to earth and Intune with technology changes and individual needs.;
