This therapist markets herself as a practitioner of DBT (the name of her practice is Accessible DBT) and while she does offer skills group weekly, makes derogatory remarks about the modality. She almost exclusively practices TEAM CBT. Sessions with her were detrimental to my wellbeing. Avoid or proceed at your own risk.

I’m not sure why Kim has bad ratings here. She’s amazing. I only just started seeing her and attending her weekly skills group but I have found her to be the most available and genuinely caring therapist I’ve had.

  • Appointment wasn't rushed

Very disappointing. Power trip under the guise of "Mental healthcare". Spent two months with weekly sessions that always ended with her talking about herself. Borderline insulting. Waste of money and time. Go anywhere else.

She was the worst therapist I've ever had. She was narcassistic, judgemental, and passive aggressive.
