Extremely Rude
She is extremely rude Ava makes you feel like you’re wasting her time. She doesn’t get you on entering the room, doesn’t make eye contact, and is bet dry. Not to mention unsympathetic to your concerns or needs.

To start, this provider (if you can even call her that) didn’t greet me or even say hello when I arrived. She completely dismissed my concerns about returning to work after experiencing shortness of breath following a COVID-19 infection. I have a physically demanding job, and I shared my worries about being able to perform my duties safely. However, she disregarded them entirely. Her exact words were, 'I don’t understand why you can’t go back to work,' simply because it had been a week since contracting COVID. The reality is, when I tried to return to work, I experienced shortness of breath and chest pains—the same symptoms that brought me to the ER the previous weekend. For context, I want to work. I enjoy my job, and I value earning a paycheck. But my health and safety come first. As someone who also works in healthcare, I rarely write reviews about providers. However, if you’re seeking compassionate care from someone who truly listens and addresses your health concerns, I strong

Highly recommend
Explained how my medication works. No doctor has done that for me. Thing that stuck out was that she walks in the room and washes her hands. I have been to so many other providers that do not!!!

No bedside manner whatsoever
First thing she said to me when she walked in the room was what do you want from me? Would not recommend her.

Every interaction with Kimberly Svec has been positive, beginning with a positive home test of Covid. She was referred to me by another M.D. Having difficulty with connecting with my visual visit, she patiently took care of me and ordered Paxlovid. I felt true concern from Kim and her assistant, from my first interaction with her office. I would definitely recommend Kimberly Svec, CNP. She listens, considers any questions and answers clearly. Seen twice since initial interaction.
