The first thing Kirsten did was assure me that I could speak freely without judgment. She listened to everything I had to say and genuinely cared about me and my concerns. I was very nervous at first, but that quickly disappeared. She let me know what she was doing every step during the exam, and I never felt embarrassed during it. The medical profession needs more people like Kirsten.
