Very caring and on top of all the changes that occur over time. When Dr. Fowler noticed that my retina was starting to lift after cataract surgery she took it upon herself to get me an appointment with a specialist and probably saved the sight in my left eye. She just stepped out and came back with my appointment card in hand. I've never had a doctor care about myself as a patient so much.
