I don't have to go to the Dr often thankfully, but my doctor is Kirsten Heron and she is wonderful. Very sweet, but also straight-forward with the information she provides.

My son saw Heron for swelling in his face. She "diagnosed" it as an infected pimple, prescribed some antibiotics and told him to come back in 2 days if it didn't improve. It got much worse and when he called for an appt was told to wait a few more days. I immediately took him to urgent care and they did an incision and drainage and cultures. Doctor said it was not an infected pimple but more likely something dental and stated that it was very good that he went in. I do NOT recommend PA Heron.
