Anyone that says 'you have to call someone else' and hangs up on their SUICIDAL patient has no right working with people. I've been going to Kirt since I was a kid, so around 30 years. I used to say he was good for sore throats, but I wouldn't even trust him for that anymore. I've had chronic problems for 18 months now and he doesn't do anything to help. He and his office team were supposed to send referrals to other doctors, but even after following up multiple times, they never sent them. So when I had a particularly bad day, the pain was so bad, I wanted to end my life. My sister called for me to ask for a refill on a pain medication (the lowest dosage possible), he said no. I was upset, I called him back crying and he told me 'you're going to have to call someone else' and HUNG UP. I hope no one else has to go through that feeling I had of complete abandonment.
