Patient, knowledgeable, thorough
Dr Shah is incredible. I have aging eyes which don't function as they used to at any distance :) and Dr Shah GETS IT. She spent so much time helping me tweak my progressive prescription, patiently adjusting, working with the variations in different lighting, and explaining things to me. The end result was the RIGHT prescription for my progressives in both glasses and contacts (I've had three not ideal prescriptions before this) and better understanding of what is happening the eyes as they age, and how to best manage it. Everyone else in the office is so sweet and welcoming too. HIGHLY recommend for their thorough and kind service.
