I saw Kriss Velasco in Kaiser's IOP program. She helped me get down to underlining trauma and helped me to recognize how that currently affects my life . She was extremely kind and supportive in showing me different perspectives and different ways of dealing with situations. I am extremely grateful and would recommend her to anyone.

I have never met anyone who cared so much about me as a patient. If I had to describe her in one word it would be AWESOME. I would recommend that if you can choose to see anyone you should definitely choose her. You will not be disappointed.
