Dr. Vernon, an audiologist, is one of my favorite doctors to need to visit. I have a surgically corrected ear that has a very large and weirdly shaped opening. It is very hard to get a hearing that fits comfortably in the ear and still works. The last time I had a new one made Dr. Vernon worked and worked and worked on it and ended up sending it to be remade 2 more times. She never gives up and never became frustrated (at least with me.) She finally whittled a bit on the 3rd hearing aid and got it to fit and work perfectly. She has amazing patience and a very friendly personality.
