I had an injury to my lower spine that had severely affecting my routine activities and interests. I attended physical therapy sessions with Krista who helped explain what I could do to improve the healing process and how to target the area with specific exercises. These were really helpful. In the time since the sessions my pain has been greatly reduced and I am recovering the functionality I once had. Krista was very courteous and attentive. I would recommend them to others. Thanks Krista.
