Krista heckert's services with my dad @ his live in facility have been minimal @ best. She has zero understanding of how best to treat him and a few others @ the same facility, in regards to quality of life. His 24 care team have called her on numerous occasions with a variety of concerns, only to be met with criticism and disregard for their care for him. In my opinion this woman shouldnt even work with actual patients, I dont even think she would qualify for being an "ask a nurse" employee. Healthcare is based on each individuals needs, not a one size fits all bandaid!
