Couples therapy for 3 months: our relationship grew continually worse and this therapist was continually discouraging to both of us. We spoke through her, which was fine, but scheduling between her and the front desk got mixed up two or three times. She is very unstructured. She did not work with us to create a plan to stay married. She did not give assignments or rules for outside of our sessions. Very disappointing.
