I must disclose that I have never met Ms. Roach in person but through a telemedical visit. She was very thorough in going over my medical and prescription history and made sure to ask many question so she fully understood the symptoms I was experiencing. She was patient and very personable and very kind. I was having some distress and she never made me feel rushed or as if she didn't care. She was respectful and it was unlike any experience I've ever had. Just excellent.
