Kristen is extremely good at what she does. I have never had a problem with the office staff. Very friendly and very accommodating. The bad review came from 2017, so more than likely she doesn't even have the same receptionist. Evelyn is very nice and caring. I have had nothing but Good experiences here. DJ, Local Girl who has travel to Dallas, Tulsa, OKC and Texarkana seeking a practitioner for my daughter and most recently myself. So, believe when I say Kristen and her staff are top notch!!!

Kristin is the best she takes the time you need without ever making you feel rushed in your appointment or the amount of information you’re willing to give. She is one of the best practionersice ever had and strives to help in dealing with your overall health and not just mental health. She stays on top of your medications to make sure nothing will contradict each other and put you at risk, even my PCP provider could have cared less to do that! Highly recommend!

Terrible office management but she is amazing it's sad she is losing clients due to her secretary I left alot of messages with no call backs
