Bedside manner of a rattlesnake
Abrasive. Bedside manner of a rattle snake. A completely de-humanizing experience. My poor mom was reduced to tears by the time she left the room. Serious character flaws and a perfect example of why one does not want to be on the receiving end of healthcare. Her arrogance will get someone killed.
