I rarely leave feedback, but was so disappointed by her, I want to share my experience. Very off-putting communication skills. Lacks professionalism. Hard to schedule- she didn’t get back to me for 4 days and when she did was very rude when I didn’t respond immediately. At my second session I was told I was done after 15 minutes.

Kristen was extremely difficult to schedule appointments with, would not return phone calls or texts, and frequently forgot about scheduled appointments or cancelled at the last minute. She was nice and personable when i did manage to see her, but clearly she had taken on too many clients or there is something going on in her personal life that is preventing her from being able to provide reliable care.
